Local Missions

One of the ways we can develop these relationships is by seeking to be salt and light in our community so people can see Jesus. By partnering with agencies and groups in our community to serve.  Our outreach team is currently working through a list of groups with which we can partner: Over the past several years we have partnered with the following groups:

National Clean the Creek Day: Take a Saturday and clean up the local creeks in our area.

San Jose Family Shelter: Preparing dinners, crafts for kids and working with families in transition from homelessness.

Cherry Chase Garden Club: Cherry Chase Elementary School is a local elementary school in our area. Over a number of Saturdays we cleaned brush, build gardens, even cut down a tree.

Rainbow Park: Working with the city we cleaned up a park in South San Jose. Planting trees, weeding, refurbishing playgrounds.
