Why join MOPS?

• Moms need a break too!
• MOPS provides a relaxed and fun environment for you to be refreshed and get to know other moms in the process.

Who is invited?

• Expectant mothers through mothers of Kindergarteners

What do we do?

• We’ll have tables of  women that you’ll sit with for a whole semester and will have the opportunity to really get to know each other.
• We’ll have a variety of speakers on various topics of interest to moms including: improving your marriage, disciplining your children, decorating your home and much more!
• We’ll share food and fun together each meeting.
• We’ll have the opportunity to do fun crafts together (without little hands trying to help!)

When does it meet?

• Every other Friday beginning September 12th.
• From 9:00am-11:00am, with childcare open from 8:45am-11:15am

Where do we meet?

• First Baptist Church of Los Altos
• In the Fireside Room, located upstairs in the Family Center

What does my $100 pay for?

• Annual MOPS International Membership (includes magazine subscription, weekly e-mail, access to MOPS online message boards and more)
• Fall Semester MOPPETS Childcare programming
• Fall Semester crafts and creative activities
• Partial scholarships available on a case-by-case basis

What about my children?

• Your children will be cared for in a parallel program called MOPPETS, which includes an age-appropriate curriculum, crafts, snacks and play time all under the care of loving, consistent and carefully selected care providers.
• Your children will be steps away in our Family Center nursery area and we have a pager system to be able to contact you if needed.
• Childcare is only available for infants through age 5.
